Our low overhead keeps prices down, while still delivering a competitive product. As experienced contractors, we plan and implement safe, cost effective construction techniques. We employ one of the most experienced and versatile construction work forces in the region which allows us to com-plete major portions of our work with our own craftspeople and supervisors. We are able to utilize our own equipment for most projects which gives us flexibility and a competitive edge in pricing your construction project. Our company utilizes the leading construction software and planning techniques to plan and track project performance and minimize disruptions from unplanned design or field changes. We have an excellent reputation with owners, subcontractors and vendors in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
3.What is BRYCON's zero injury philosophy? Does it work?
This is a core belief that each and every incident or near miss is preventable. There is always something within your control that would have prevented a specifid incident from occurring. This rep-resents a major acceptance of responsibility for the safety of each and every employee by manage-ment and supervision. If an incident or near miss has occurred, then what can be done by each of us to minimize the severity and to prevent a re-occurrence? BRYCON has worked well over five years without a lost time injury.
4. What size project can BRYCON do for me?
We excel at all of our projects, both large and small. These include projects ranging from $2,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 in value and 2 craftspersons to 50 craftspersons in labor workforce. We self perform all craft skills on these types of projects, yet maintain the ability to manage larger contracts. We currently maintain an average of 60 crafts people in the field, all with several years of experience and training.
